Studio Ample

Ample: plentiful, more than enough

Our times and places are changing quickly. We are being unsettled.

Yet, there is ample care, love, and creative intelligence to share as we learn to navigate new times and territories.

Here are offerings grown and gathered to nurture and crack open new possibilities in y/our complex world.

An unfolding path

  • Narrative Therapy

Welcome to the world of narrative therapy with an introduction to narrative practices. Whether you're new to narrative therapy or seeking a refresher, this free course provides relevant materials for therapeutic and community work contexts. Hosted by Phillipa via the Dulwich Centre.

  • Children & Childhood

An invitation to renewing our understanding of what it means to be a child through a multi-disciplinary approach. Find insights into nurturing early childhood, imagination, creativity, play and attuned embodied connections.

Consider how enjoying delight in and with children enhances all our lives. Designed for parents, allied health professionals and educators seeking to better understand and accompany the tender worlds of childhood with meaningful presence.

  • Community Care

In times where technological interventions are advancing and previous ‘solutions’ are emerging as problems, here is a moment to pause.

Let’s make time to consider what it means to live within the entangled crises of our world and communities (polycrisis - metacrisis).

Together lets explore the roles embodied human practitioners might imagine for ourselves in these contexts and across allied health, community work and education settings.

Instead of claiming answers to the changes we face, we will share ideas, reflections, and resources to support community and allied health practitioners in increasing our capacities to respond.

We will deepen appreciation for how embodied and relational attunement is and will continue to be vital to working with individuals, families, and communities.

  • Rupture as Repair

Here you are invited to explore themes of rupture, transition, transformation, and the ways we move from one way of life into another. With gentle accompaniment, and a weave of my own personal and professional reflections, you will be invited to consider walking through life’s detours, gateways and unexpected challenges with care, curiosity, and courage.

  • These courses have been creatively designed to respond to the questions I have been compelled by in life. They are all for you if the theme speaks to you in some way!

  • I consider counselling and psychotherapy to be just one place where we can care for pain and suffering.

Therapy is expensive and a culturally specific form of support.

I want to extend my contributions to us creating many ways to grow and enjoy more compassionate worlds, beyond the therapy room.

  • These offerings are made available through Ample Studio. This is not therapy.
