a relational & Embodied approach to our

Entangled lives

There are many approaches to tending our distress, dis-ease and sufferings.

I am a practitioner who weaves multi-disciplinary knowledge together with professional experience to respond to the complexities of being human in the here and now.

Through a range of practices including somatic contemplations, narrative therapies and creative processes, I work to bring gentle, compassionate awareness to areas which may have been neglected.

I am qualified and registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Association of Australia and can attend to emotional, social, psychological, cultural, embodied and spiritual experiences. I also hold a degree in Political Science, which supports me to integrate the way our inner and outer worlds relate to each other. I am philosophically inclined towards Posthumanism.

Finding a licensed therapist who has the experience, training and style that is a good match for you can take time and exploration. Find out more about my work below to see if we might be a good fit.

The ability to ask beautiful questions – often in very un-beautiful moments – is one of the great disciplines of a human life. And a beautiful question starts to shape your identity as much by asking it as it does by having it answered
